REASONS FOR DECISION AND ORDER
The applicant was injured in a motor vehicle accident on May 14, 2009 and sought benefits from the respondent pursuant the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule – Accidents on or after November 1, 1996. There is a dispute between the applicant and the respondent about his entitlement to an income replacement benefit, a housekeeping and home maintenance benefit and interest. The applicant applied to the Tribunal to resolve the dispute.
At the outset of the hearing the parties entered into settlement negotiations and settled all outstanding issues between them.
The matter having settled, the Tribunal will close its file.
