On May 8, 2017, the respondent filed a Motion requesting an extension of time to file a psychiatric report and an affidavit of the applicant.
Counsel for the applicant advised the Tribunal that their client’s mental health had seriously declined and the production schedule for the report and affidavit could not be met. The respondent was copied on the extension request but did not take a position on the request.
The motion is granted and the applicant will have until June 15 to submit the psychiatric report and affidavit of the applicant. The Tribunal Order of March 16, 2017 apart from this extension remains in effect.
