On May 30, 2017, the respondent filed a Notice of Motion requesting the applicant be ordered to produce unredacted clinical notes and records from all treating facilities and an unredacted OHIP Summary.
As there is not sufficient time to argue the motion and issue a decision prior to the commencement of the hearing, I direct the parties to argue the motion at the hearing. The applicant should come prepared with unredacted copies of all clinical notes and records and OHIP Summary.
