ORDER

1E.Z. appealed a decision by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles to suspend his driver’s licence.

2A hearing was scheduled to commence on December 7, 2017. The appellant and Kyle Biel, agent for the respondent attended the hearing.

3At the start of the hearing, the appellant advised that he wished to withdraw his appeal on the basis that he does not have any further information to provide at this time. He will consider bringing a fresh appeal next year after he has had an opportunity to arrange a driving assessment and submit it to the Ministry for review.

4Accordingly, the proceeding before the Tribunal is concluded.

5It is ordered that the Tribunal file is closed.
