CONSENT ORDER
1On the consent of the parties, pursuant to the terms of the Tribunal’s Order released on October 7, 2014 staying its Order dated July 31, 2014 directing the Registrar to revoke the registration of the Appellant, the Tribunal grants a further stay of the October 7th Order until June 15, 2015.
2The Tribunal notes from the Notice of Motion that the appeal has been perfected and the Divisional Court has confirmed that the appeal will be heard on June 15, 2015. Not on consent, but on its own motion in accordance with the provisions of its earlier stay order released on October 7, 2014, the Tribunal stays its revocation order until the Divisional Court releases its decision.
