ORDER
The Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming (the “Registrar”) under the Liquor Licence Act, (the “Act”) issued a Notice of Proposal ("NOP"), number 20319 dated April 17, 2014, to suspend the liquor sales licence of Ultra Supper Club Inc. o/a Cube (the “Appellant” or “Licensee”), on the basis that the Licensee failed to ensure that the number of persons on the premises to which the licence applies did not exceed the capacity of the licensed premises as stated on the licence.
The hearing commenced at the appointed time, however, prior to the completion of the Registrar's case, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had reached a settlement of the matter, on the basis of which, the Registrar would be withdrawing the Notice of Proposal.
Therefore, the proceedings in this matter having been concluded, the Tribunal shall close its file.
