REASONS FOR DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
This motion arises in the course of an appeal by Mr. Peter Racco to the Licence Appeal Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) from a Notice of Proposal issued by the Registrar, Real Estate and Business Brokers Act 2002 (the “Registrar”) dated August 21, 2012, and a Supplementary Proposal dated June 10, 2014, which proposed to revoke the registration of Mr. Racco as a broker under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act 2002 ( the “Act”).
