ORDER
A pre-hearing conference was held in this matter on September 30, 2014. Aviva Harari, Counsel, attended on behalf of the Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming and Muoi Hoang, Agent, attended for the Appellant. The Parties settled all outstanding issues and consent to an order on the following terms:
The Appellant admits all of the allegations set out in the Notice of Proposal dated July 24, 2014.
The Appellant shall serve a 21-day suspension beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 3, 2014, and ending at 2:00 a.m. on Monday, November 24, 2014.
The matter having been concluded, the Tribunal will close its file.
