REASONS FOR DECISION AND ORDER
A hearing was held in this matter on November 6, 2013 before this Tribunal in the presence of Noel Gerry, Counsel for 2166073 Ontario Inc. o/a Courtyard (The) (the “Applicant”) and Rena Khan and Tamara Brooks, Counsel, representing the Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming (the “Registrar”).
During the hearing, Counsel for the Registrar advised that further information had been made available to the Registrar and the Order of Monetary Penalty dated June 6, 2013 has been withdrawn.
Accordingly, the Tribunal stipulates that this matter is concluded and the Tribunal’s file is hereby closed.
