PRE-HEARING ORDER
A second pre-hearing was held in this matter on November 13, 2013 before the Licence Appeal Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) in the presence of the Applicant, 6076416 Canada Inc. o/a Fynn’s of Temple Bar (the “Applicant”), represented by Adam Vassos and Daniel Goldberg, Counsel, the Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming (the “Registrar”) represented by Tamara Brooks, Counsel, and Peter Muto, Student-at-Law, and the Added Party, the City of Toronto (the “Added Party”), represented by Mark Crawford, Counsel.
The Tribunal makes the following Order.
The parties to the hearing are the Applicant, the Registrar and the Added Party.
The Tribunal approves the application by the Applicant for additional facilities at Fynn’s of Temple Bar, 489 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, subject to the conditions within Schedule “A” attached to this Order, which shall attach to the licence as additional licence conditions, and subject to the filing of all usual and required municipal clearance letters and application requirements.
The matter is now concluded.

Schedule “A”
Liquor Licence Conditions for Fynn’s of Temple Bar
All windows on the Premises that face the outdoor patio shall be closed when there is amplified sound being played within the Premises.
The Licensee shall notify the City Solicitor and the Ward Councillor within 3 business days if the Licensee makes an application to the Licence Appeal Tribunal to remove any of the Conditions attached to the liquor licence.
