CONSENT ORDER
The Parties, Loads Simplified Inc. by its Agent, Haris Abdullah and the Registrar of Motor Vehicles by his Counsel, Patrick Moore, consent to an order of this Tribunal without a hearing pursuant to the provisions of s. 4.1 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, R.S.O. 1990 chap. S. 22 on the following terms:
The plate portions for all commercial motor vehicles and trailers issued in its name shall be suspended for a period of 15 days, dates of such suspension to be set by the Registrar.
The Applicant shall deliver to the Registrar’s designated officer, for seizure during the suspension, at an address designated by the Registrar, the plate portions of permits for commercial motor vehicles and trailers issued in its name and all Ontario number plates, and if issued by a jurisdiction other than Ontario, the permits.
