AMENDED ORDER
The hearing in this matter commenced before this Tribunal in the presence of Ms Bhalla, the Applicant, her counsel, Allen Wellman and Kevin Kucey, Counsel for the Registrar.
The parties advised that the matter has settled. The Applicant withdraws her appeal and concedes the allegations against her as stated in the Notice of Proposal dated January 27, 2012.
Therefore, the Applicant consents to the suspension of her licence for the period December 22, 2012 to September 22, 2013.
Accordingly, the Tribunal orders that the proceedings in this matter are concluded and disposed of without a hearing on the basis of the terms as set out above.
