CONSENT ORDER
Upon the application to the Tribunal by the Applicant and the Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming for issuance of a Consent Order of the Tribunal without a hearing pursuant to section 4.1 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.22; and,
Having reviewed the written settlement signed by the Applicant and counsel for the Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming as to the disposition of these proceedings which is filed and attached hereto as Schedule “A”;
NOW THEREFORE, upon consent of the parties, this Tribunal orders that the proceedings in this matter are concluded and disposed of without a hearing on the basis of the terms set out in the said Schedule “A”, which are incorporated into and made part of this Order.

SCHEDULE "A"
The Registrant agrees not to possess or offer for sale any counterfeit DVD or other electronic audio or video recording or any other product which would violate the Copyright Act;
The Registrant and Mr. Ny Ty Kai Tang agree to pay any fines, penalties, administrative penalties or other similar sanctions in a timely manner;
The Registrant and Mr. Ny Ty Kai Tang agree to comply with the Smoke Free Ontario Act, the Tobacco Tax Act and the Excise Act;
The Registrant and Mr. Ny Ty Tang agree to disclose, in writing, any charges under any legislation including, but not limited to, the Criminal Code of Canada, the Highway Traffic Act, the Copyright Act, and any legislation related to the sale of tobacco, and provide written disclosure to the Registrar, Alcohol and Gaming, within 10 days of the charge(s) being laid;
The Registrant agrees to a 30 day suspension of registration and shall not sell OLG products and break open tickets during the suspension which shall take place from May 15, 2013 at 12:01 a.m. and continue to June 14, 2013 at 11:59 p.m.
The Terms of Registration, signed by Ny Ty Kai Tang and by Sher Heang Tang on December 12, 2011 may be, and are herewith, incorporated into an Order of the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
