ORDER
On June 21, 2011 the Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming issued a Notice of Proposal proposing to suspend the Liquor Licence of 1634168 Ontario Inc. o/a Ye Olde Brunswick House for 14 days on the grounds that: "On January 29, 2011 a patron was assaulted by representatives of the licence holder." On April 17, 2012, following a hearing, the Tribunal found as a matter of fact that a patron was not assaulted by representatives of the licence holder on January 29, 2012.
Accordingly, pursuant to the authority vested in it under the Liquor Licence Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.L.19, the Tribunal directs the Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming not to carry out the Notice of Proposal of June 21, 2011.
