REASONS FOR DECISION AND ORDER
This is an appeal by the Applicants to the Licence Appeal Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) from a Decision Letter of Tarion Warranty Corporation (“Tarion”) dated October 3, 2011 with respect to a new home purchased from, Westin Homes Ltd. (the “Added Party”), in which Tarion denied (in part) the Applicants’ claim.
ISSUES
Following a discussion of the remaining issue, the parties reached an agreement as to
the resolution of the matter.
ORDER
Pursuant to the authority vested in it under the provisions of the Act, the Tribunal directs this appeal to be withdrawn.
