ORDER
This is a hearing before the Licence Appeal Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) arising out of a Notice of Proposal issued by the Superintendent, Private Career Colleges Act (the “Act”). The Notice of Proposal dated January 19, 2006, proposed to revoke the registration of the Canadian College of Business and Computers Inc. (the “Applicant”), under the Act.
As a preliminary matter, counsel advised the Tribunal that the parties had reached a mutually agreeable resolution of this matter and therefore the Applicant wished to withdraw its appeal.
Based on the submissions of counsel, the Tribunal accepts the withdrawal of the appeal and orders that the Tribunal’s file is hereby closed.
