DECISION AND ORDER
At the commencement of the pre-hearing into the Order of Immediate Suspension to suspend a licence issued by the Registrar on January 29, 2012, the parties advised they had reached a resolution of the matters in contention. As a consequence, the Applicant withdraws its appeal and the Registrar withdraws its Order of Immediate Suspension.
The Tribunal now therefore orders that the matter is concluded and the file closed.
