DECISION AND ORDER
At the commencement of the Hearing into the Proposal to suspend a licence issued by the Registrar on November 24, 2011, the parties advised they had reached a resolution of all matters in contention. As a consequence, the Applicant withdraws its appeal and the Registrar withdraws its Notice of Proposal.
The Tribunal now therefore orders that the matter is concluded and the file closed.
