Decision

1The Board is seized with the above-noted grievance filed on behalf of Derek Enros which includes an allegation that he was not paid correctly between April and September, 2024.

2On consent of the parties, the Grievance Settlement Board hereby orders production of the Grievor’s pay stubs for the period April 10 to September 30, 2024.

3Production will be made to Counsel for the Employer who will share all resulting documents with Counsel for the Union.

4Documents disclosed in compliance with this order shall be treated by all parties as strictly confidential. They shall not be shared or used except for purposes of this litigation, and shall not be disseminated or discussed with anyone outside the arbitration process.
