Decision
1When this matter came before the Board on November 14, 2024, the parties dealt with several case management issues. This included an agreement by the union to provide its written particulars as well as production to the employer no later than March 21, 2025.
2At a conference call held on May 2, 2025, employer counsel advised the Board that the union had to date not complied with its undertaking relating to particulars and production, and requested that the Board issue an order. Union counsel advised the Board that she had been able to put together much of the material, but did not oppose the employer’s request for a Board order.
3The Board hereby orders that the union provide its written particulars, as well as its full production no later than May 14, 2025.
4Any of the terms of this order may be amended by the parties on agreement.
5The employer reserved the right to move for dismissal of the grievance in the event the union does not comply with the Board order.
6The Board remains seized.
Dated at Toronto, Ontario this 5^th^ day of May 2025.
