Decision
1At the hearing on February 6, 2025, the parties agreed to the following:
The Union withdrew the Union grievance in File No. 2019-1617 on a without prejudice basis.
The hearing date of February 28, 2025, is adjourned.
Mr. Tedford’s grievance in File No. 2019-1460 will be heard on July 9, 2025. Two other grievances filed by Mr. Tedford will also be heard on July 9, 2025, without prejudice to the legal positions the parties may take with respect to these grievances.
The hearing of Mr. Tedford’s three grievances will be pursuant to the procedure set out in Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement.
