Decision

1Having regard to the submissions of counsel, and on consent, I hereby order the following:

i. The Employer is to deliver any and all particulars concerning its preliminary motions by no later than March 7, 2025; and

ii. The Employer is to answer all outstanding production requests (as set out the correspondence dated Sept 1, 2023, from Lauren Rainsforth and paragraph 59(c) of the Union’s mediation brief) by no later than March 7, 2025.

2Those deadlines are peremptory on the Employer’s ability to proceed with its preliminary objections.
