Decision
1The hearing date of December 1, 2025 is adjourned and rescheduled for December 19, 2025, starting at 8:30 a.m., with the expectation that it will end during the morning period. At that hearing, case management will be discussed.
2The Employer will make best efforts to provide the particulars and documents requested in the Union’s letter of August 21, 2025 by November 1, 2025. For clarity, this will involve the time period between 2018 and 2024, and 2014 to the extent available.
3The Employer will review any outstanding production requests for the Union and advise counsel of any outstanding matters by November 1, 2025.
4The parties reserve all legal arguments related to this disclosure and production of documents.
5The Union will provide particulars by December 5, 2025 with respect to the nature of the continuing breach alleged in the 2018 grievance, including the time period during which the Union alleges the breach to continue.
6I remain seized.
