Decision

1The matter before me today is a grievance filed on behalf of Ms. A. Covelli dated September 26, 2023, in File No. 2023-02202. Counsel advised me of a related matter, namely a grievance filed on behalf of Mr. F. Budhram in File No. 2023-02203, which is scheduled for arbitration on January 26, 2026, before Arbitrator Gee. After hearing from counsel, I direct that File No. 2023-02202 be listed for hearing on January 26, 2026, with File No. 2023-02203. Counsel for the Employer advised that he will contact Union counsel, Nancy Virk, to discuss the Employer’s position on the consolidation of these matters and the process for the hearing of the grievances.
