CONFERENCE CALL

Decision

1Two grievances (GSB # 2024-01863, OPSEU# 2024-0506-0008 and GSB# 2024-02496, OPSEU# 2024-0506-0010) are scheduled for hearing before the Board on December 15, 2025.

2A conference call was held October 2, 2025 to hear the Employer’s request for particulars in the above grievances. The parties agreed that an order for full particulars and disclosure on the above grievances was necessary in the interest of ensuring an expeditious hearing of the grievances on the next scheduled hearing date.

3The Board hereby orders as follows:

(a) The Union shall provide full particulars for the grievances by October 24^th, 2025.

(b) The Employer shall respond and provide production by November 28^th, 2025.

4The Employer reserves its rights, including the right to bring a motion requesting dismissal of the grievances before me in the event that the Union fails to provide particulars within the above time frame.

5The Board remains seized.
