## Decision
[1] By consent, the Employer will produce the following documents to the Union:
a. Any and all correspondence, documents, occurrence reports and notes regarding the Complainant’s complaint against the Grievor, including but not limited to correspondence with Deputy Superintendents Nicolas Beauchamp, Trent Running, and Christian Richer, the Local Investigation Report, the CSOI investigation report, and any other related documents;
b. Any and all correspondence, documents, and notes regarding the Local Investigation Report conducted following the Complainant’s complaint against the Grievor;
c. CSOI investigation report conducted following Complainant’s complaint against the Grievor;
d. Any and all correspondence, documents, and notes regarding the Grievor’s WDHP complaint against the Complainant;
e. WDHP investigation report conducted following the Grievor’s complaint against the Complainant;
f. Any other relevant documents
[2] The production directions in this Order are without prejudice to any position that either party may take in respect of future production requests if and as they arise.
