1There are four individual grievances before the Board scheduled to continue on October 15, 2024.

2There have been delays in the provision of particulars to the Employer by the Union.

3I order the Union to provide to the Employer written particulars of the material facts on which it relies and production of supporting documents by August 15, 2024.

4In the event the Union fails to provide particulars and production by this date, I will hear the Employer’s motion for dismissal of the grievances on October 15, 2024 or on such earlier date that can be arranged with the parties.
