CASE MANAGEMENT

1(a) There are two grievances before me. Despite good faith efforts the parties were unable to mediate a resolution to the grievances. Counsel to the Employer advises that he intends to bring a preliminary motion seeking an order to remove Mr. Zamfir from acting for OPSEU in these matters because he will likely be a witness. The Employer shall by February 9, 2024 particularize its request to remove Mr. Zamfir;

(b) OPSEU shall by March 1, 2024 provide its response to the request for an order to remove Mr. Zamfir.
