Decision
1The grievance before me dated January 17, 2016 was filed on behalf of Jodhi Alleyne. Several hearing days have been held on this matter, most recently on February 20, 2024 and April 24, 2024.

4That consent order is set out below:
a) The Employer will provide a response to the Union’s production request (provided by way of correspondence dated February 7, 2024) by no later than May 10, 2024.
b) The Parties will advise each other of any outstanding production issues or requests by no later than May 15, 2024.
c) The Parties will finalize an Agreed Statement of Facts by no later than May 22, 2024.
