Decision
1By decision dated June 16, 2023 the Grievance Settlement Board (Bernhardt) made the following order:
(1) The Union asserts that the 205 Individual Grievances and 3 Group Grievances have been referred to the GSB. On the agreement of the Parties, the Parties are requesting an Order to issue as follows:
The Employer has requested an order that any grievors who do not respond to the Union’s request for information by Wednesday October 4, 2023 will have their grievance dismissed (as listed in the Chart attached as Appendix “A”). As the Union has not opposed such an order, the order is being granted by the Grievance Settlement Board.
2These grievances were referred to me on the agreement of the parties.
3I have been advised that several grievors set out in the Chart referenced in the June 16, 2023, decision did not respond to the Union’s request for information by Wednesday October 4, 2023, as required by the decision. Accordingly, in accordance with the decision the following grievances are dismissed, and I remain seized of the remaining grievances:
