1This matter is scheduled for a hearing on January 31, 2023. The Employer requested an adjournment of that hearing date. The Union opposed the request. A conference call was held at the request of counsel to determine the issue.

2There are compelling personal reasons for the Employer’s request. Accordingly, the adjournment is granted.

3The Employer is directed to provide its full particulars and production to the Union by March 10, 2023. The Union is to provide any reply to the Employer by April 6, 2023. The parties are directed to contact the Registrar to set hearing dates.
