Decision

1This is an order requiring that the parties provide each other with full production in advance of the deadlines set out below.

2The Union shall provide full production to the Employer, including any medical documentation the grievors intend to rely on, no later than Dec 31, 2023.

3The Employer shall provide full production to the Union no later than February 23, 2024.

4The parties shall identify and raise any outstanding concerns with respect to production and particulars by May 1, 2024.
