1The Union asserts that the 205 Individual Grievances and 3 Group Grievances have been referred to the GSB. On the agreement of the Parties, the Parties are requesting an Order to issue as follows:
The Employer has requested an order that any grievors who do not respond to the Union’s request for information by Wednesday October 4, 2023 will have their grievance dismissed (as listed in the Chart attached as Appendix “A”). As the Union has not opposed such an order, the order is being granted by the Grievance Settlement Board.
2I am remained seized with respect to the implementation of this Order.
