Decision

1This matter is a grievance filed by OPSEU on behalf of Kathleen Osborne that was scheduled to be heard commencing at 10:00 a.m. over video conferencing on April 12, 2023. Ms. Osborne did not attend the hearing on that date and thus a decision was issued that provided, in part, as follows:

3Ms. Osborne is hereby ordered to provide to the Union the reasons for her absence at today’s hearing no later than May 5, 2023, failing which this matter will be deemed dismissed.

2As of the date of this decision, Ms. Osborne has not provided any reasons to the Union for her absence from the hearing scheduled for April 12, 2023.

3This grievance is hereby dismissed.
