Decision

1This is an order requiring that the Union provide particulars to the employer of with respect to the two grievances which are now before me.

2In the course of the first day of mediation-arbitration held on April 13, 2023, the Employer requested full particulars from the Union with respect to two grievances, one of which was before me on the date of the hearing, the second of which has since been consolidated with the first.

3The parties agreed that June 16, 2023, was an appropriate date by which particulars could be provided.

4I hereby order that the Union will provide full particulars to the Employer no later than June 16, 2023 with respect to both grievances.
