Decision

1A dispute arose between the Parties with respect to a portion of the compensation owing to the Grievor as a result of his reinstatement to employment, pursuant to the GSB decision issued on February 28, 2022.

2Having regard to the evidence placed before me, and having heard the submissions of the Parties, I order the Employer to pay to the Grievor a further $21,628.64 within ninety (90) days of the date of this decision.
