Decision

1The parties originally met on March 24, 2023, and set two hearing dates for this matter, December 14 and 19, 2023.

2The Employer advised that it was not yet in receipt of fulsome particulars and production. As such, I order as follows:

3The Union shall provide fulsome particulars and production to the Employer, including any medical documentation the grievor intends to rely on, no later than April 2, 2024. On this date, the Union shall also request production from the Employer.

4The Employer shall provide full production to the Union no later than May 3, 2024.

5The Union shall provide the Grievor’s written will-say statement to the Employer no later than June 3, 2024.

6Accordingly, the hearing date scheduled for December 19, 2023 is adjourned.
