Decision

1The Parties proceeded before me in relation to a remedial claim arising out of my decision dated March 16, 2020. This matter proceeded pursuant to Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement which provides that this decision is issued on a without prejudice and precedent basis and without reasons.
