1Having regard to the submissions of the parties, I hereby direct the union to provide the following to the employer as soon as is practicable, but, in any event, not later than December 20, 2022:

Complete particulars of its claims in this matter, including:

Identifying all employees that are a party to this grievance and:

a) The date(s) and shift(s) being grieved on these dates/shifts

b) The manner in which overtime equalization was allegedly violated (including identifying employees that improperly received overtime hours/opportunities), and

c) The number of hours that were allegedly not equalized and are allegedly owed to the identified employees.
