Decision

1This is a consent order that addresses how the grievor’s medical documents that is disclosed is to be handled by the Parties.

2Counsel for the Union will provide the grievor’s relevant medical documents to counsel for the Employer on the following conditions:

a. The documents or material will only be released to Employer counsel for this grievance proceeding and two instructing advisors.

b. The documents or material produced must be maintained as confidential.

c. The documents or material produced must not be disclosed to any person or party not a participant in these proceedings.

d. The documents or material produced can only be used for purposes relating to this proceeding and not for any other purpose or proceeding.

e. Documents or material produced shall only be photocopied or copied or shared electronically for purposes relating to this proceeding.
