Decision

Having regard to the representations of counsel, I make the following order that:

(a) The Employer shall produce to the Union a complete copy of the Grievor’s Health & Wellness file no later than August 9, 2022; and,

(b) The Union shall produce all arguably relevant portions of the Grievor’s Health & Wellness file to Employer Counsel no later than 5:00 pm August 11, 2022.

Any problems arising from this Order may be referred back to me for determination.
