2This case has now been scheduled for a hearing on July 21 and September 28, 2022. At least 30 days prior to July 21, 2022, the Union will provide its revised particulars to the Employer. No later than 15 days before July 21, 2022, the Employer will advise the Union of any preliminary objections it plans to raise at the hearing.
