Decision
1The grievance before me dated January 17, 2016 was filed on behalf of Jodhi Alleyne. We have held several hearing dates, most recently March 24, 2022.
2In order to facilitate the efficient litigation of this grievance, I make the following order regarding the production of documents:
a. The documents or material will only be released to Employer counsel for this grievance proceeding and one advisor.
b. The documents or material produced must be maintained as confidential.
c. The documents or material produced must not be disclosed to any person or party not a participant in these proceedings.
d. The documents or material produced can only be used for purposes relating to this proceeding and not for any other purpose or proceeding.
e. Documents or material produced shall only be photocopied for purposes relating to this proceeding.
The Employer has agreed that the documents shall not be copied, but for copies that are required for the Arbitrator, each party’s counsel, each party’s advisors, or a witness during the hearing.
