Decision

1Having regard to the request of the employer and the agreement of the parties, this is to note that Tim Hannigan is no longer union counsel in this matter having been replaced by Mae Nam and (articling student) Nancy Dhugga. Accordingly, the Order dated July 6, 2021 is hereby amended to reflect that change as follows.

2Mr. Hannigan’s entitlement to receive a copy of the report that was the subject of the order is now spent. Ms. Nam and Ms. Dhugga are now entitled to receive copies of that report, subject to the conditions set out in paragraph 3 of the Order.
