INTERIM DECISION

1This grievance is scheduled to be heard on October 12, 2021. The Employer has advised the Union that, based on the information it currently has, it is not prepared to mediate. It has requested particulars from the Union on several occasions in order to be prepared to proceed to hearing. While the Union does not oppose the Employer’s request for particulars, to date, it has not met that request.

2In the circumstances, I hereby direct the Union to provide full particulars to the Employer by no later than 5pm on Monday, October 4, 2021.
