DECISION
1I have 34 grievances before me filed by employees located at the Ministry's office at Windsor, Ontario. Counsel addressed case management issues at the hearing on September 20, 2021. Further to these discussions and in light of the next hearing date of March 9, 2022, I hereby make the following directions:
The Union is directed to file its particulars and to detail its request for disclosure to Employer counsel by no later than December 1, 2021.
The Employer is directed to respond to the disclosure request and to indicate whether it intends raise any preliminary issues by no later than January 17, 2022.
