DECISION

1This grievance concerns a job competition. I hereby make the following procedural order:

(a) The Employer is to produce copies of all applications, and the appraisals of those applications by Conservation Officers for job competition ID 136809. The Employer may redact the names and personal identifying information from these materials, provided that it provides unique identifiers in place of such names to allow the union to be able to cross reference individual applications and appraisals of those application against other materials. The Employer is to provide such disclosure by February 26, 2021.

(b) The above documents are not to be used by the Union or Grievor for any purpose other than for the present grievance regarding job competition ID 136809. At the conclusion of this matter, the Grievor is to delete or destroy any copies of the above-noted materials in his possession.
