Decision

1By way of decision dated October 21, 2020, the Employer was ordered to forthwith produce to the Union the court recording from R v. Project Lincoln, in the Ontario Court of Justice, K. Court, before Justice L. Favret on November 9, 2018 from 1:06 pm to approximately 1:30 p.m. The Union has asked that the order be amended so as to require the Employer to produce the court recording from noon to approximately 1:30 p.m. The Employer does not object.

2Accordingly, I hereby order the Employer to forthwith produce to the Union the court recording from R v. Project Lincoln, in the Ontario Court of Justice, K Court, before Justice L. Favret on November 9, 2018 from noon to approximately 1:30 p.m.
