Decision

1The Employer is hereby directed to produce copies of any and all versions of the Excel spreadsheets, in their original format, with respect to the screening of job competition ID 146667. The Employer is further directed to produce emails, in their original format, that include the above-noted Excel spreadsheets as attachments that were sent to or between members of management and/or human resources. The Employer is to provide such disclosure within two weeks of this Order.

2The above documents are not to be used by the Union or Grievor for any purpose other than for the present grievance regarding job competition ID 146667. At the conclusion of this matter, the Grievor is hereby ordered to delete or destroy any copies of the above-noted materials in his possession.
