HEARING
June 8, 2021
Decision
1This case was originally scheduled for June 8, 2021 however the Grievor failed to appear. The Union was granted an adjournment on certain terms, including that:
“The Grievor is to provide the GSB, no later than June 22, 2021, a written explanation as to why did not attend this hearing and why she did not advise OPSEU ahead of time of her intention not to attend.”
2The order went on further to state that a failure to comply with this condition would result in the dismissal of the grievance.
3On June 23, 2021 I have been advised that no such response has been received from the Grievor despite many attempts by OPSEU to communicate with the Grievor.
4This grievance is therefore dismissed.
Dated at Toronto, Ontario this 23rd day of June 2021.
